For sitters, walkers & boarders
No more scrolling through texts for the feeding amount or guessing which pill is at bedtime. A Voocie sitter card puts the food, the meds, the allergies, the quirks, and the family's instructions on one page you open on your phone. No app, no account, no password.
Free for you, free for the family. Nothing to install.
The whole idea
The family shares one link. You open it. Every answer you would have had to text them is already there.
Copy the message below and send it with your booking confirmation. The family makes the card from their pet's Voocie record in one tap, and it is free for them too.
The pet introduces itself: what it eats and where to buy it, each medication with dose and schedule, allergies in a red band at the top, its quirks, and the family's own notes (where the leash lives, the vet's name, the routine). Print it if you like paper.
It tells you when to call the family and when to go straight to the nearest emergency vet, and when the family has an emergency card on the record, it links it so the ER can read meds, allergies, and conditions in thirty seconds. The insurance card is there too when the family has added one.
When the job is over, the family revokes the link and it stops working.
Nothing lives on your phone, and you never see the medical history, only what you need to care for the pet.
Paste it into your booking confirmation or your welcome text. Swap in the pet's name.
Hi! Before I take care of [pet name], could you send me their Voocie sitter card? It is one link with feeding, meds, allergies, and your instructions all in one place, made from [pet name]'s Voocie record (free at voocie.com if they are not on it yet). Thanks!Copied ✓
No. A sitter card is a link. It opens in any browser on any phone, with no login, no app, and no password. Print it if you like a paper copy on the fridge.
What the pet eats and where to buy it, every current medication with dose and schedule, allergies front and center, the quirks the family has taught the record (fears, favorites, routines), the family's own instructions, and what to do if something seems wrong, with a link to the pet's emergency card for the ER when the family has one. If the family has entered insurance, the insurance card is there too.
No. The card shares care instructions only. The full history stays with the family. A regular client who wants you closer can invite you onto the pet's care team as family instead, which opens the full record and lets you add notes.
The family revokes the link and it stops working instantly. They can issue a fresh one next time. Nothing lives on your phone.
Nothing for you, ever. Reading a sitter card is free, and the families who share it get the record free too. If you want records for your own pets, they get their own Voocie email address, free, and the first 60 days of Premium on us.
Have pets of your own? They get their own Voocie email address, free.
