For veterinarians & clinic teams
No portal. No account. Nothing to learn. And free for your clinic, always. You're simply emailing documents to a patient's own address; charging you for that would be absurd.
- Sending records: every patient/pet has a private Voocie records email address. Reply to it with attachments (visit summaries, labs, vaccine history) and they file into the family's record. You get a confirmation reply, like a fax. A clinic's first email waits for the family's one-tap OK; once they trust your address, everything files straight in.
- Every email does two favors for your client: your reports file themselves into an organized timeline the family can actually find, and your clinic's name, phone, and address land on their pet's record and emergency card automatically, read from your own letterhead. You become the vet on file without anyone typing a thing.
- Reading the record: families can hand you a one-page printable referral summary: problem list, current meds, allergies, latest labs, vaccine status, family health history, owner contact. Clinical voice only; no AI conclusions.
- If you join a care team (optional, always): you can view everything, chat with the record, and upload. You can never edit or delete, and every access is logged.
- The line we do not cross: Voocie detects patterns and recommends conversations. Veterinarians diagnose disease. The AI never diagnoses, never triages, and tells families to call you when something sounds urgent.
