Works with every clinic in the country, any species. It is email: nothing for your vet to install, join, or pay for.

How it works

  1. 1
    Sign up

Create your pet's email: their name, their species, their own email address. About a minute.

  2. 2
Give the vet your email, and your pet's Voocie email too

That's your whole job. CC it along with your own address at the next visit, or forward the last email your vet sent you; Voocie extracts everything for your review. The front desk changes nothing, a new sender's first email waits for your OK, and your vet never needs an account and never pays. If it doesn't win, delete everything in one tap. The test is free.

  3. 3
Log in and post anything else you want

Meals, meds given, symptoms, photos, questions. The whole family can add to the story too.

That's it. Voocie builds and manages the complete health history for you, automatically.
And if you ever want to leave, export everything and delete your account and your data from Voocie. One tap, no questions.

Questions people ask us

My vet already has an online portal. Why do I need Voocie?

Clinic portals belong to one clinic: they show only what that clinic did, you usually can't add to them, and if you switch vets or land at an ER, that portal doesn't come along. Voocie is yours: it holds records from every clinic, ER, and specialist your pet ever sees, plus the things portals never hold: your home observations, photos, videos, and diet. Download or photograph anything from a portal and upload it here; the AI files it into the timeline.

How much does it cost?

The record is free forever: viewing, export, the emergency card, family access, and the family tree never expire, subscribed or not. Premium is $99 a year, or $8.25 a month, for all your pets: that's where Voocie does it for you (AI reading every new record, reminders, chat, visit prep, claim packets). People you invite never pay. Every account starts with a 60-day free trial of everything, no credit card. What's in each, exactly →

What happens if we move or switch veterinarians?

Nothing. That's the point. The record travels with your pet, not the clinic. A new vet gets the whole story in one link, or join them to the care team and they can read (and upload) directly. No records requests, no waiting weeks for a fax.

Can my family and my vet use it too?

Yes. Invite family with one link: they can add records and chat. Invite your vet or other helpers with a view-and-upload role: they see everything and can add records from their clinic, but can't change or delete anything. Even simpler: every pet gets a private records inbox email address. Hand it to the front desk. Your care team's mail files straight into the record; a new sender's first email waits for your OK, then you can trust them for good. No account needed on their end.

Is it free for my vet? For breeders?

Yes and yes, always. Your vet never pays: they just email records to your pet's email address and everything files itself (how it works for clinics). Breeders never pay either, because they start the bloodline: every pup leaves the litter with a record already carrying its whole line (breeder accounts). Only the pet's own family subscribes, after the 60-day trial.

Can families who share a bloodline connect?

Yes. This is the family tree. Put parents, littermates, and offspring on your pet's tree, then share just the tree with another family (a littermate's household, your breeder), never the medical record. When both families claim the same relative, it's one identity across both trees. Health facts move only by double consent: the owner presses offer on a specific fact, the other family reviews it and presses add to my record: a copy with provenance, theirs to keep. Nothing else ever crosses. If a hereditary condition shows up in one household, the whole line can know in time to act.

What about dog sitters and boarders?

Share the sitter card: one link with feeding (and where to buy it), medication schedule, allergies, your pet's quirks, your instructions, and what to do in an emergency, without exposing the medical history. Revoke the link when the trip's over.

What can I upload?

Vet visit summaries, lab reports, vaccine records, invoices, prescriptions, imaging reports, as PDFs or just phone photos of paper. Plus videos of symptoms, album photos, and quick timed notes (like a temperature reading at 9:40pm). AI extracts the medical documents into structured timeline entries you can review and correct.

Does the AI replace my veterinarian?

Never. Voocie doesn't diagnose. It makes sure you and your vet are working from the complete picture, helps you ask better questions, and explains what's already in the record. Your veterinarian makes the medical calls. Voocie makes those ten minutes count.

Is my pet's data private?

Your pet's record belongs to you. Nothing is public unless you create a share link, and every link (emergency, insurance, invites) can be revoked at any time. Vets on your care team can't delete or alter anything.

What kinds of pets does it support?

Dogs, cats, birds, rabbits, and everyone else in the family. The record, the timeline, and the voice work the same way for all of them.
