Where Petfetti does well
Credit where it's due — Petfetti has real strengths:
- Deepest daily tracking we've seen. Sixteen health metrics — including blood glucose, blood pressure, respiratory rate, and heart rate — go well beyond what most pet health apps offer. For pet parents managing chronic conditions like diabetes or heart disease, this level of daily monitoring is genuinely valuable. You're building a dataset your vet can actually use.
- 30-second daily check-in. The quick check-in for eating, drinking, energy, and output is low-friction enough to become a real habit. Over weeks, patterns emerge — a gradual drop in appetite or energy that you might not notice day-to-day but the chart makes obvious.
- Condition tracker. The ability to track specific health conditions (illness, injury, allergy) with a dedicated timeline, status updates, and linked logs is a feature that most apps overlook. Petfetti doesn't handle vet documents at all — its data comes entirely from what you type in.
- Clinical data grounding. When Voocie's AI answers a question, it draws on your pet's real lab values and vet notes — not general pet health knowledge. Ask "is Nala's kidney function trending okay?" and the answer cites her actual BUN/creatinine history from her lab work.
- The vet's side of the story. Pet health has two data sources: what happens at the clinic (test results, diagnoses, prescriptions) and what happens at home (appetite, energy, behavior).
